Chengdu Tianfu Software Park
Chengdu Tianfu Software Park (hereinafter referred to as "the Park") is one of the National Software Industry Bases in China, the National Technology Enterprise Incubator, the National Demonstration Base for Innovative Talent Cultivation, one of the first "National Record Makerspaces" and the first "National Digital Services Export Bases". The core areas are located in Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
For now, the Park has become the "National Science and Technology Business Incubator", the "National Demonstration Base of Innovation Talent Cultivation" and the "National Record Makerspace" recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "National Digital Service Export Base" recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, the "National Entrepreneurship Incubation Demonstration Base" recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the "Model National Public Service Platforms for Medium and Small Enterprises" recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the "China University Students Pioneer Park (Chengdu)" recognized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China. Moreover, it is the exclusive innovative science park recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in Sichuan. Except the core areas, the Park centers on building the space layout of "one park with multiple points", and is committed to providing the solutions for one-stop enterprise investment, human resources, business incubation, brand marketing, etc. to the Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, even the Chengdu Industrial Cluster area, thus radiating industrial service, industrial promotion, operation & management mode and experience of the park to more industrial functional areas, and assisting in promoting the deep integration of new economy and traditional industry in Chengdu. In July 2015, the Park ranked No.3 among "China's Pillar Software Parks" according to the Research Team of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In March 2017, according to the result of evaluation on Regional Brand value 2016 issued by the China Quality Certification Center, the brand value of Chengdu Tianfu Software Park achieved RMB 41.562 billion. In December 2017, the Park awarded the 4th batch of pilot brands for regional brand construction of industrial cluster by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In April 2020, the Ministry of Commerce, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly posted the announcement to identify the first batch of 12 "National Digital Service Export Bases". The Park was the exclusive selected science and technology park in western area. Recently, it is the important carrier for innovative development of the new information technology in Western China, the core cluster area of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the important base of international innovation and entrepreneurship center in Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.
Officially put into operation in 2005, the Park has attracted numerous domestic and international well-known enterprises and Fortune Global 500 companies, including IBM, SAP, EMC, Philips, Maersk, Siemens, Ericsson, Dell, Wipro, DHL, PricewaterhouseCoopers, NCS, Garmin, Alibaba, Tencent, Manulife Financial. Various industrial clusters have so far been formed in the Park, including software R&D, communication, IC design, mobile internet, digital entertainment, fintech and shared service center, covering swarm sectors like cloud computing, big data, AI, the Internet of things, block chain and VR/AR. It has become a famous domestic innovative landmark and the preferred place for the well-known software and information technology service enterprises at home and abroad to execute strategic layout in China.
In combination with the advantageous resources in the park, the Park provides the entrepreneurs with the innovative business incubation service. Founded in 2007, Tianfu Software Park. Lab is the new economy industry incubator subordinate to Tianfu Software Park, one of the most important and vigorous mass entrepreneurship and innovation carriers and platforms in the new economy field in China, and the business incubation leader in Chengdu. In 2015, it was identified as the first batch of "National Record Makerspaces" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. With existing incubation field of 41,000 m2, the Lab has incubated over 1,400 projects and over 270 projects are under incubation. So far, a whole-chain incubation mode of "startup nursery - incubator - accelerator - industrial park" has been completed, providing multiple Makerspaces like workstation, open workspaces and independent spaces. This marks that an all-round and multi-layered "5Cs" cultivation program has been formed, covering funds, talent, business start-up circle, market and guidance for starting a business and other services. By now, the Lab has successfully incubated domestic and international leading enterprises and mobile applications, including Medlinker, XGIMI, Codoon, Tap4fun, Camera360, TestBird, LionMobi, Ludashi, IDEALSE, Maimai Yanglao, Jingwei, XiaoduoAI and BORNS, and as well as mobile phone games with monthly turnover exceeding RMB ten million.
In addition, the Park has implemented the "talent-priority development strategy" of Chengdu and the talent deployment launched in Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, providing comprehensive talents services such as personnel recruitment, training and human resources consultation. It has launched a series of talent recruitment campaigns in cities, universities and foreign countries. By now, the campaign has been held in domestic cities including Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Xi'an, Wuhan and Harbin, and also in foreign regions like North America, Europe and Asia. Meanwhile, overseas talent recruitment stations for CDHT have been established in Silicon Valley of the United States, Seoul of South Korea, Frankfurt of Germany, Stockholm of Sweden and Toronto of Canada. Each year, the Park hosts over a hundred of various relevant activities, attracting over 40,000 professional talents and assisting enterprises in recruiting more than 5,000 personnel. By integrating various resources, the Park has established an online education platform, offering series of online courses concerning management, technology, language, laws and others. In terms of human resources consultation, the Park has established human resource research institution and HR elite club. Each year, it provides over 1,000 times of talent consulting services for the enterprises, holds over 20 HR activities and issues over 10 professional research reports.
