Located to the west of Tianfu Avenue, an axis road in Chengdu, the Project stretches to Tianfu Avenue in the east and 3rd Tianfu Street in the south. The Project covers a site area of about 47 mu (31373.49m2) and a total floor area of about 210,000 m2, including an above-ground area of 160,000m2 and an underground area of 50,000m2, with a plot ratio of 5.14 and a building density of 30%. It has a total green land area of 4,700m2, with a green land ratio of 15%. With regard to business forms, the Project is comprised of 8 buildings, including office buildings, apartments, commercial buildings, and hotels, featuring modern style and respiration-type curtain wall for facade design. Active urban life and high-quality building group come as the basic features of "ICON Dayuan International Center". Well-designed arrangement of high-level buildings and open space at different levels results in an urban style of the entire district, forming an interactive space comprising pedestrian area, working environment and living area.
