IC Industrial Park
The Project is located in the CDHT Western Zone, at the southwest corner of the intersection of Chengdu-Dujiangyan Highway and Tianrun Road. It covers a net site area of 86 mu and a total planned floor area of 225,000m2, including the above-ground floor area of about 174,000m2 and the underground floor area of about 51,000m2, and boasts a plot ratio of 3.0 and a green space ratio of 20%. The building is designed in a shape of rectangular fillet of a common processor in circuit with the facade featuring the abstract form of altered broken line shape of integrated circuit routes, which boasts a great sense of science and future, aiming to build a brand new high-tech park and establish itself as a landmark in the West Zone. The Park is mainly oriented to an office function. With 10 individual buildings and 1 basement, it offers business and conference centers in the podium and a public service platform in the center, with a view to providing a comfortable and pleasant rest space for office workers.
